Please return this application, signed and fully completed with your remittance and type of membership category and additional names where required with ages and birthdates. All fees, storage charges etc. must be paid in full by April 1, or arrangements made at the club office. A late penalty fee of $75.00 will be charged to your account after May 1, 2012 for late membership fees.
Your fees include RCGA, CLGA, AGA and ALGA dues.
Leave of Absence requests must be submitted in writing by April 1. Leave of Absence fee is $100.00 plus GST. A member on Leave of Absence is allowed to play a maximum of 5 games of 18 holes paying the applicable green fees.
Minimum Monthly Clubhouse Charge of $30.00 per month per adult member will be in effect from April 1st to September 31st, 2012. October MHC will be $15.00/adult member. Clubhouse tentatively closes October 15, dependent on weather and business.
ALL OVERDUE ACCOUNTS (30 DAYS OR MORE) WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FINANCE CHARGE OF 1.33% PER MONTH.
